Warranty & Claims

Limited Warranty:

Magily Limited warrants that our products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of 12 Months from the date of purchase. This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

What is Covered:

Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This includes:

  • Cracks or breaks in the case
  • Loose or damaged components
  • Manufacturing defects

What is Not Covered:

Our warranty does not cover damage caused by:

  • Accidental drops or impacts
  • Misuse or abuse of the product
  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs
  • Normal wear and tear

Making a Claim:

To make a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at warranty@magily.co.uk with your order number and a description of the issue.
  2. Our team will assess the claim and may request additional information or evidence, such as photos or videos of the defect.
  3. If the claim is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the defective product.
  4. Once the defective product is received and inspected, we will either repair or replace the item at our discretion.


Our warranty does not cover:

  • Products purchased from unauthorized resellers or third-party sellers
  • Damage resulting from improper installation or removal of the case
  • Damage to devices or other accessories used in conjunction with our products

Limitation of Liability:

In no event shall Magily Limited be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to our products or this warranty.
