Warranty & Claims
Limited Warranty:
Magily Limited warrants that our products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of 12 Months from the date of purchase. This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
What is Covered:
Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This includes:
- Cracks or breaks in the case
- Loose or damaged components
- Manufacturing defects
What is Not Covered:
Our warranty does not cover damage caused by:
- Accidental drops or impacts
- Misuse or abuse of the product
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs
- Normal wear and tear
Making a Claim:
To make a warranty claim, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team at warranty@magily.co.uk with your order number and a description of the issue.
- Our team will assess the claim and may request additional information or evidence, such as photos or videos of the defect.
- If the claim is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the defective product.
- Once the defective product is received and inspected, we will either repair or replace the item at our discretion.
Exclusions:
Our warranty does not cover:
- Products purchased from unauthorized resellers or third-party sellers
- Damage resulting from improper installation or removal of the case
- Damage to devices or other accessories used in conjunction with our products
Limitation of Liability:
In no event shall Magily Limited be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to our products or this warranty.
